Perspective

An ice storm knocked out our power on Tuesday for fifty-something hours. I think the prayer that Kyle had me write on the chalkboard today pretty much sums up how we are feeling.

In case you can't read my beautiful chalk dictation, it reads:

Jesus Christ is our Savior. Thank You God for my toys, thank You that we have lights and electricity, but most of all just thank You for loving us. Kyle 1/30/09

I would personally like to add: Thank You, God, for Internet and heat.
