I was picking a shirt out when Kyle walked in to my closet the other day. He doesn't normally see my bare tummy so he kind of studied it, reached out gently, and said, "You've got some marks there, don't ya?" I said, "I do, don't I?"
I then explained that when he was growing inside of me my tummy got so big, bigger than it had ever been before, and when it did, it made those marks. He didn't immediately respond, so I asked him what he thought about it. "I think that's not very nice," he said.
I assured him I don't mind them at all and that he was well worth the marks.
That's true, really they don't bother me. I wouldn't pay money to have them removed. If a highly-trained doctor offered to laser them off for free I don't even know for sure if I would do it. Okay, I probably would, but I don't see that happening anywhere other than hypothetically, so I guess the marks are here to stay and that's fine by me. What about you? Do you have them? Would you pay to have them removed? Or are they badges of honor?

I have some very unattractive veins on my legs that I gained while pregnant that I would gladly have lasered. I actually made an appt. last February to have a consultation, but it snowed and my appt. was canceled. I just haven't rescheduled.
Yes, I have the veins too and would gladly have them removed - as soon as I find the money! I don't know that I'd have the stretch marks removed unless they do that for free when I pay for my lipo ;) Because I would definitely have lipo on my tummy! I have Sam...I don't necessarily need the marks to stick around ;)
Yep, right around my belly button! They are my beauty marks!!! :) I'll keep them. Hopefully my three boys will be the only to see them. :)
