Kyle and I were still in our p.j.’s;
Cade was asleep;
My darling husband was at work;
I hadn't brushed my teeth or so much as looked in the mirror;
My darling husband called to say that I needed to pick up soccer snacks on my way to the game (from friends nearby).
Amazingly the boys, the snacks and I were on time (dressed, teeth brushed, shin guards on, etc.)!
2) Cade was fussing a little bit and Kyle motioned to some legos and said, “I think he’s longing for those.”
He also used the word “necessarily” today and called me "honey" a couple of times; I love this smart, funny little boy.
3) We had some fun new friends over for dinner tonight. (Thanks for bringing the yummy dessert!)
